Description
The majestic mountains of Himachal Pradesh hold innumerable secrets. One such secret is the mysterious village of Malana. Located in Parvati Valley, the village is unlike any other place in the world. It is believed that the natives of this village are the descendants of Alexander the Great’s soldiers. The uniqueness is evident from the lifestyle and social structure of the village inhabitants. They have their own village administration that is supposedly the oldest republic in the world. Malanis are extremely proud of their culture and do not like to mingle with outsiders. In fact, physical contact with the people or their properties is strictly prohibited. The beauty of Malana lies in the fact that it is untouched by pollution and urbanization, having preserved its cultural and natural identity. The pristine rivers and the valleys form an entire world on its own, far away from the pollution and the hustle and bustle of urban India. The economy of this village is solely dependent on tourism.

 Participant must be medically fit and have sufficient stamina to cover 5-6 kms of distance by foot without a stressÂ
 Heart problem, high blood pressure, asthma, and epilepsy cannot be reconciled on this trek, participant must not have these conditions
By Air :-
The nearest airport to Kasol is Kullu Manali Airport also known as Bhuntar Airport in Kullu district. Daily flights connect the airport to the country’s capital, Delhi. You can book a cab or a taxi to go to Kasol from the Bhuntar airport which is a mere 31 km and will take you about 1 hour to reach there. The nearest airport to Kasol is located in Bhunter, which is 31 kilometres away,
By Train :-
Kasol does not have a railway station of its own. To reach Kasol by railways you have to get off at the nearest railway station to Kasol which is Joginder Nagar railway station, about 144 km from the village of Kasol. You can take a cab from the station to reach Kasol or a bus from the Joginder Nagar Bus Stand towards Manikaran which should take about 4.5 to 5 hours.
By Bus:-
Being one of the most visited places in India by foreign tourists, the village is accessible via excellent road facility. The NH-3 is the main road leading to this village towards Manali. A road journey should simply just be as enjoyable and pleasant as Kasol itself. You can opt for self-drive or hire a cab. Delhi sets the base for people coming from long distances. There are many agencies that provide vehicles for rent and cab services to Kasol you can get in Delhi. Also, buses ply daily to Kasol from Kashmiri Gate ISBT in Delhi mostly being semi-sleeper Volvos for about 1000 to 1500 INR per seat. This journey takes about 11 to 12 hours. You have to then get down at Bhuntar, and take another bus towards Manikaran.
DAY 1 | KASOL – MALANA
  Reach the base camp in Kasol before 11:00 AM. Transfer to starting point of trek, from here trek for 4-5 hours to reach beautiful Malana village with packed lunch on the way The trek will take you amidst wild and untamed routes, through dense forests and lush valleys. When you reach Malana, rest for a while and prepare for an exciting night camping experience, followed by a scrumptious dinner. Stay Overnight in a twin-sharing dome tent.   DAY 2 | RETURN
  Breakfast (Veg) in the morning with amazing view of Himalayan peaks around before you leave.  Start your descent back to the base camp in Kasol On reaching Kasol, rest for a while and by evening, head back to your destination back home.  Our services ends here There is no connectivity on the trek

 When to book:
It is wise to make your booking at least two months in advance. However, if you want a good deal on your domestic/international flight, we recommend organising your trip at least five months in advance. (Please contact us if you require a late booking)
In the event of cancellation of trek/adventure activity services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: –
 Cancellations prior to 30 days from the start of the trek
Choose to go for the same trek in any other batch till one year or get 90% refund of amount paid
 Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days to the start of the trek
Choose to go for the same trek in any other batch till one year or get 80% refund of amount paid
 Cancellation between 15 days and 07 days to the start of the trek
Choose to go for the same trek in any other batch till one year or get 70% refund of amount paid
 Cancellation less than 07 days to the start of the trek
Transfer your trek (same trek, same batch) to your friend. No cash refund.
